Seattle Sounders stun LAFC to reach third MLS Cup final in four years | MLS Highlights

LAFC’s historic season ends one game short of the MLS Cup final as Raul Ruidiaz leads Seattle Sounders to a 3-1 win in Los Angeles to clinch the club’s third Western Conference title in four seasons. Ruidiaz scores twice, and Nicolas Lodeiro adds another, leaving Carlos Vela and LAFC wondering what could have been after the club set a Major League Soccer record with 72 points in the regular season. The Sounders will play the winner of Atlanta United vs. Toronto FC in the MLS Cup final on Nov. 10 (3 p.m. ET, ABC), and they will host the final for the first time if they face Toronto FC.
