Harvey Weinstein, age 67, was just found guilty of criminal sex acts and rape. His sentencing will be set for March 11 2020.

The charges took a turn, when Miriam Haley’s on the stand testimony – that Weinstein forced her to have oral sex with him – back in 2006.

Jessica Mann’s testimony, which she stated that he raped her in 2013 during what she described as an abusive relationship.

Harvey Weinstein was found guilty of committing a criminal sex act in the first degree involving one woman and rape in the third degree involving another woman.

The New York jury acquitted the Weinstein on the more serious charge of predatory sexual assault.

Here are the charges in order:

Count 1: Predatory Sexual Assault (Not Guilty).

Count 2: Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree Againt “Miriam Haley” (Guilty).

Count 3: Predatory Sexual Assault “Jessica Mann” (Not Guilty)

Count 4: Rape in the First Degree “Jessica Mann” (Not Guilty).

Count 5: Rape in the Third Degree (Guilty).

Harvey Weinstien could face up to 25 years in prison.
